The staff here seems to struggle with their responsibilities. We started placing our order at the kiosk, but our gift card wasn’t working, so we had to go to the cash register instead. We ordered a salad and a sandwich, but the gift card failed again (it's confusing to have the option to add it to your account when you can’t actually use it online). We ended up paying in cash, and then received two sandwiches instead of the salad and sandwich we ordered, which was quite frustrating. A more customer-friendly approach from the staff would definitely improve the experience. I love Panera Bread, but this location did not meet my expectations at all.

The staff is decent, but the manager could really use a change. For a family of three, the meal cost $85, which feels excessive.
