I wanted to share my recent experience at the restaurant. My mother had to use hand soap from the restroom to wipe our table after it had been cleaned, which was quite concerning. The view into the kitchen was chaotic and unorganized, with staff appearing overwhelmed. There were no clean plates or utensils available, and dirty napkins were left on the countertops for over 30 minutes. We waited a long time for service, and it seemed like many staff members were struggling with their responsibilities. I’m disappointed, as I usually hold Nando's in high regard for its quality and service. I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future customers. Thank you.

I attempted to get a meal and ended up waiting 48 minutes from the time I placed my order until it was served. It seemed like they prioritizing takeout orders over dine-in customers. I tried calling three times to modify my order, but I couldn't get through. While I was there, I noticed that the staff ignored the phone even when it rang multiple times. Very frustrating!

The serviettes were quite laughing, but the presentation of eating was very bad. between 3 people there was a squeezed burger, a disintegrating package and a torn open package. this made the experience difficult. This is our neighborhood Nando's, and we are certainly frequent visitors. The food is served in a timely manner, and there’s plenty of seating, making it comfortable even during busy times without it feeling too loud. They present the food well and clearly maintain the franchise's high standards.

Was very good!!! Quick, fun!! The chicken was cook very well! Place was clean. The food was placed up lovely. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere
