Pizza Hut - Bridgend

Had a dinner with my partner. We had the Meerkat App with 2 for 1. I asked the waitress about the meals that are under the offer and was told all the mains are in the offer. Asked again just in case when ordering. Again, everything was confirmed. We ordered two chicken melts (one plain as I'm lactose intolerant). When paying it turned out the melts are not in the offer and we were asked to pay the full price. Now, I would have understood that if I had not asked twice about what the offer covers. Especially that the meal itself was rather disappointing. I do have to praise the stuff though about their help with choosing the lactose free meal and checking the allergy book with me.

Great experience all round . Shame to see all the young waitresses running around non stop like headless chickens throughout their long and low paid shift. Sunday the 6 Oct 19. The resturaunt should have had more staff working today and all the other busy periods . Shame on the management for allowing that . The staff on the front line however were so hard working and couldn't do enough for us and hope they have regular recognition for this !

Went here for a Pizza Hut buffet on my hour break and it was lovely. £7.50 for unlimited pizza, pasta and salad and I thoroughly enjoyed. Brilliant service and very tasty food. Good for value. Lovely atmosphere and good price for what you get. Only downside would be how long you wait for the buffet to be refilled sometimes it runs low and takes time for them to refill the food. Would recommend as it lovely and very very tasty!!

Fantastic value for money and great service, would recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family.

Popped in for a quick bite to eat, and was very disappointed. The walls were dirty, I slipped in a half eaten pizza crust. We opped for the buffet with no pasta available, salad bar had not been refilled and although there was pizza it was gone very quickly. We we didn't have a check back to air our issues. And when we approached our waitress Abby, by the till, she didn't engage us in conversation took our payment. We won't be back for your overpriced pizza,pasta and salad bar.
