Lovely views but the food was lovely and had lots of flavour. One problem is that i had this child come up to me and take my shoes and wallet. Never coming back. But the food was very nice XD
I typically don't like to leave negative reviews, but this delivery experience was the worst. I placed an order for 8:30 PM, but I wasn't home yet. They called me and said they would leave the food on my doorstep and I could reheat it if needed. This was completely unacceptable. I will never order from this restaurant again. I was told to call the manager at 10:30 PM. I will call and update you all on the outcome. Will the manager be able to save the business? I have never experienced such terrible customer service from the phone staff before.
I recently visited Ruchi Restaurant in Bridgend, Wales, and tried Nepalese cuisine for the first time. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The food was fresh and delicious, and my family loved it as well. If you're in Bridgend, Wales, I would highly recommend giving Ruchi Restaurant a try.
Ruchi is an award-winning Nepalese tandoori takeaway and produces absolutely beautiful food from an extensive menu. It's open all day from 12.00 (not Sunday and is situated nestling within the tiny streets of Nant-y-Moel on a car park adjacent to the site of the village's former railway station. The food offered is exotic and very tasty, various tandoori roasted meat dishes, crispy chicken burgers, yummy chips, various curries, (Gurkha chicken curry, anyone? , Kashmiri fish chips, and many, many more. It would literally take months to try everything on the menu. Ruchi is family-owned and long-established. Drive over, spend some money, thrill your taste buds! An easy 5 stars from me, deserves 10. For us, living in Cwmparc, it's a glorious 15-minute drive over Bwlch mountain.
Ordered our second nightshift group meal, mine was a Nepali Set meal. Taste of all food very good, great chicken pakoras, gobi aloo was tasty and heat and flavour of the of Nepali curry was superb. Good rice and naan too. Best Indian/Nepalese I ve had.
