I had a wonderful lamb vindaloo at this restaurant tonight. It was perfectly spiced to my liking. The keema naan was exceptional compared to others I have had in Bridgend. The minced meat was flavorful and the pilau rice complemented the meal perfectly. Well done on the great food, guys.
I have ordered from this restaurant several times over the past year, most recently in July 2019. The food was delicious, served hot, and in generous portions. The staff is consistently friendly and courteous. I am excited to dine there again.
Having had this place recommended we thought we would give it a try Ordered online and collection was in 15 minutes. Got there and they had no idea what I had ordered. Eventually they said they had no idea what I was talking about and I had to order again. Which now meant I was in a queue. Everyone in front of me had their order wrong. The 3 severs didnt have a clue. At one point they were all serving the same guy and they still got it wrong. The couple in front of me had to order 8 times and by the time I left 40 minutes later they still had not even started cooking their food. Every order was wrong. People coming back in the shop to get items that were missing or exchanging wrong items. I nearly walked out and as I was about to my food was ready. 9 pieces of chicken in one box and only 7 in the other. A naan bread missing that i can't even be bothered to phone up about Apparently there is normally an older guy there who is brilliant. But he wasn't and it was like an Indian faulty towers restaurant. Even when I left, the couple in front of me were still trying to order something off the menu. This was about 45 minutes later after arriving. The food was freshly cooked and boiling hot Which was great and it was very tasty but it wasn't worth the wait and the poor service and missing items. I wouldn't trust those 3 lads to run up the stairs let alone run a busy take away Very poor and it's all about the first impressions and the service I prob won't go back despite the food been nice
My family have had three meals from this place two of which were kebabs. On their last visit I decided to partake and ordered a lamb dish, the Special Jeera Bhuna, which was delicious. Other than the Ashoka or Natraj I don't generally enjoy local take aways but this was delicious and I will try other recipes from here. Recommended.
