Contribuisci feedbackWe were happy to celebrate a birthday with our friends and some good food. But we were really disappointed. Sunday brunch was terrible. There was little left, and it was cold. We were happy to try the brisket, as shown in Instagram pictures, along with other pleasures, but they were not available. The deserts were little and soggy. Maybe it was our timing from 1230, although Brunch is by 2:00. We apologized to our friends and felt embarrassing to have invited them to the lodge. Service was OK, nothing special. Our bill was 200,00 for 4 people. We would be happy to pay and more if the buffet had been delivered more than Cesar Salat and 3 days old banana bread together with dried potatoes and rubber Eggs Benny. Maybe it could be better.
We had the plate for two and a small side of Mac n cheese. Perfect mix of gum, followed by an apple crumb. So brilliant
Wonderful restaurant! The food is excellent! My second time there like the first. My guests also loved it!
We celebrated our anniversary here for the first time. Wow, where should I start? Cocktails are amazing (outside what I expected in Bridgenorth). Large balanced drinks. The Caesar salad was on the square and the pasta and once around the Smoker Entrees were to die. Some of the best prepared meat we've ever had. Cream Brule as finale. Hadn't celebrated in a better place. Chef and employees were here to wish us Happy Anniversary. Super impressed and will definitely be back!!
We love going to the lodge it's a fun and relaxing environment the staff are really nice and we really like the owners. The problem we continually have is that the food is simply subpar and it's extremely expensive. I had a Guinness stew last night and it had the smallest amount of meat in it and giant potatoes and it was $30. My husband's dinner was a basic corned beef sandwich and it just wasn't very good. We do go back we love the cocktails in different drinks but it seems every time we go the food is just not what we're hoping it would be. We will continue to support the lodge but we really hope that they can try to work on their menu and offer better tasting quality food.
