Firehouse Subs Charles Pointe

Visits 8/28/22 at 6:30. Not great for a typical Firehouse Subs Fast Food location. Eating tastes good, but the sub could have been built a little better together, but this is not really important for a creepy meal like a big sandwich. Staff could work on their customer service if they were a bit nicer, this would have been a 5/5 rating. I'm not a very picky person, but I can recognize bad customer service skills. Staff were rude, jokes were made when customers entered, and they were obviously upset to be there. That was a bad night. But someone who is temporarily in Clarksburg for work has left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope others have a better experience.

Was not here in a while, but this trip was the best we ever had! There were 4 workers working, the food was the best I had eaten there, business was clean, amazing customer service. We've ever left them a 10.00 tip. I have no names. But it's 7/31/22 that we were there before 1:30-2. I hope the manager sees this and gives them the praise they deserve!!!

Nice place. Good sandwiches. Nice people. I recommend this to everyone who transfers thru.

Really great people, service, and food! Everything is amazing! I love how they have an option for gluten free bread!
