The place filled up not too long after we'd been there. Parking was okay and the area over around the restaurant is nice. We enjoyed some Modelo's, along with what was is in my opinion near-perfect guac (as a starter) and we finished with 2 entrees: chicharron (pollo) with salad and rice, as well as veggie fajitas.
Have eaten here and gotten delivery. Both are fantastic. The food is amazing and the service is good. What really stands out for me is the delivery. It's quick and the driver calls when he's actually at the door, not down the street or sitting in his car. I've yet to have a negative experience with them.
I loved the music, service, atmosphere and most of all the food. The crunchy coconut shrimp literally melted in my mouth, and the porterhouse brought me back to dinners at Manero's in Greenwich (but so much better). For a minute I felt like Anton Ego, the dining critic in Ratatouille experiencing a flashback connecting the food to my youth.
Prices are fair, customer service fair, menu alright. All in all, a good place to stumble into but not a place you'd really want to go dine in. The neighborhood is not rough, but borders on it. The food was fine not that bad, but not so good. Fair for the prices and neighborhood it is on.
Best mexican in the area. the food is authentically mexican, not tex-mex or anything of the sort, cooked by real mexican cooks. Food always comes a plenty and the best thing is that it is never too busy whenever i come in. I seriously cant think of something i havent liked from their menu. The drinks, jalapeño margaritas rock! and the food as well. Their guacamole and nachos are delicious, as well as their chicken tacos and shrimp fajitas. the waitress is super nice and so is the waiter (the russian guy, i cant remember his name)!
