Krispy Krunchy Chicken University Deli Grill

Order via Uber eats . Food was still hot fish was fresh , wings were crispy . Mac and Greens so good and the yams and rice on point . Will be ordering again .

Absolutely fantastic! The honey BBQ lamb chops were incredible, and the yams and greens were simply out of this world!

The food is fantastic—I’ve enjoyed it in the past, which is why I returned. However, I’m not too sure about the service. When I called to place an order, it rang once before going unanswered. I called again, assuming maybe no one got to the phone in time, which would have been understandable. After my second call, I tried again since the online information stated they were open. At this point, no one was answering, and my calls were going directly to voicemail. I called yet again—twice I got voicemail—and feeling really eager for their food, I ended up calling an additional 17 times, just to check if perhaps my number had been blocked. It's baffling, since all I wanted was to order food and I hadn’t even spoken to anyone yet. If the restaurant is busy, they should communicate that and ask customers to hold. Furthermore, if it wasn’t actually business hours when I called, they really need to update their online schedule to avoid confusing customers. A simple answer or communication when the phone rings would go a long way!
