Imo's Pizza - Bridgeton

I was very disappointed with the customer service provided by the "Manager" at this restaurant. I ordered a pizza that was burnt, so I called to request a replacement. When I showed the manager a picture of the pizza, he insisted that it did not come from their location due to its appearance. He claimed that the owner was present that night and would never send out a pizza in that condition. Despite having ordered through my Imos account at that specific location, he continued to argue that I must have gotten it from somewhere else. It is just pizza, so I see no reason to travel 20 minutes from my home for a free pie. The situation was not that serious to me.

I really love coming to this restaurant. I haven't been here in years because my son said he didn't like the pizza from Imo's, so we never made plans to eat here as a family. However, I found out that his grandmother was actually getting him barbecue pizza instead of the regular sauce. Once I ordered from here, he fell in love with it all over again. Thank you for making our experience here wonderful, and for the friendly atmosphere. I also appreciate the point system they have.

I ordered food from this restaurant and will never order from here again. I got a large sausage and bacon pizza with minimal toppings for $20. It was a waste of money. Awful.

Every time I order, the delivery drivers are absolutely amazing. They're super kind, thoughtful and fast. I recommend this location 100% and wish other companies could match their efforts.

The pizza was phenomenal. We had not used Imos for a while bc we weren't thrilled with the pizza we got. This location today had our pizza loaded with toppings. It was take out and a few minutes from home, so once heated just a minute or so in the air fryer, it's the best Imos I've ever had! We'll be back!!! We had the meat pizza and added onions and peppers
