Staff has a bad attitude, and of course got the order wrong. Food was terrible, waste of money. Won’t be back. Having a staff like this is probably why Jack n the boxes are closing so frequently.

Most places that we went to we wanted to get the ultimate ham. I received a combo meal with a very very thin slice one slice and a whole lot of cheese not satisfied.

I guess this location closes the lobby whenever they feel like it. I came at 8:45pm and she tells me the lobby is closed. I have a 40 foot trailer so I can’t go through the drive-through. I walked all the way over there in the rain from the parking lot across. Avoid this Jack-in-the-Box at all cost the employees were smoking outside by the front door so they didn’t want to make me any food I guess. The App lets you choose carry out as the option for your order and you won’t be able to do that. Just a heads up.
