Within the health food business they offer some tasty bajan lunch options for a reasonable price. I really liked her soyburger chicks and the benefits. they always have full grain. the linseed cake, samosas and soyburgerrolle, which I did not like too much. they also have big shakes of 6 b, but they put too much ice in my mind. let them also know if they don't like sweeteners in their shake. they have beautiful cakes too. a cake is sugar-free and the banana bread cake I liked. they pay first to the cash register and then hand over their acknowledgement. do not expect to get a place because there are only a few tables to sit. were generous, I think. updated by the previous review on Monday, 20th august 2012
We had intended to have lunch at this restaurant, but after looking at the menu and seeing the food, we changed our minds. It is not a vegetarian-friendly cafe, and we were surprised to see sliced hotdog sausages in their macaroni pie. We were disappointed with the offerings. Instead, if you find yourself in the area on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday, we would suggest checking out Roots Reggae Cafe upstairs in Cheapside Market for a delicious lunch.
I recently visited a health food shop that offers delicious Bajan lunch options at a reasonable price. I particularly enjoyed their soy burger chunks stew and the assortment of dishes they offer. They always serve whole grain rice as well. However, I was not a fan of their lentil pies, samosas, and soy burger roll. They also offer large shakes for 6 B$, but I felt that they added too much ice. You can also request for no sweetener in your shake. Their cakes are also quite good, with one being sugar-free and the banana bread cake being a favorite of mine. You pay at the cashier before getting your food, and seating is limited. Overall, the portions were generous. (Review updated on August 20, 2012)
