The food was disappointing; it wasn't hot or fresh. The servers were friendly, and the delivery was quick. However, not all the drive-up options were functioning, and the ones that were out of order weren't clearly marked.

Absolutely disgusting! All of our food had what appeared to be dog hair in it. It looked like someone had put the buns on the floor and rubbed them around. I wouldn't give them any stars...

All of the food seemed as though it had been cooked hours ago and left under a warmer. or possibly cooked in really old grease. It was over cooked, dry, and old, no exaggeration. I ordered multiple things over the menu and it all had the same issues.
