Bridgewater Marriott

My family and I were in town for a funeral. The breakfast buffet was good. The restaurant staff was great. The front desk staff stopped halfway through my check-in to assist another guest. I felt that this was a little inconsiderate after waiting in line for about 15 minutes to check-in. The AC was not working properly in our room. My family and I were drenched in sweat. Due to the room being so hot, it made it difficult to sleep and prepare for a long drive home. We checked out the hotel around 5 AM. I sent an email regarding the AC not working and it’s been nearly a week with no response.

I had a very good stay here (4 nights). Dennis, the manager and his staff, are excellent people. Very helpful and accommodating. Professionals at their jobs!!

We stayed here for one night and it was perfect. The rooms were large and clean. They have lots of selection in their breakfast. I highly recommend this place.

Corridor on the 7th Floor was Smelling bad Carpet in the room had stain and was not clean No Microwave in the room. Even motels have microwave these days. No trash bag/ lines in the trash cans Poor Service Not worth for the money

For the price of this room, it really was not worth it. Kids were running around all night long.The kids were ding dong ditching all the rooms on the floor and disrupting everyone and when I complained, the front desk said they would try to resolve the issue after my second phone call to them. TRY?? they also don't have any surveillance cameras on the floors which is pretty problematic. Also, most importantly, if you ask to check in earlier to a room that you needed to get ready for an event happening in the hotel, that was not pre-occupied, they will charge $34 without ANYONE letting you know beforehand. I stayed at Holiday Inn Woodbridge and that was one of the best hotels I stayed at. They also had free breakfast and cameras everywhere. Get your money's worth somewhere else. Take your business elsewhere. Don't waste your time or your hard-earned cash on this sorry excuse for a hotel
