A&w - Bridgewater

I only gave this restaurant one star because I couldn't choose zero. I went through the drive-thru at this location for breakfast, ordered a few items, including scrambled eggs and a side order of bacon. To my dismay, the scrambled eggs and bacon were served in a breakfast sandwich bag. When I called the store to express my disappointment, the supposed manager told me I was overreacting. Terrible service.

I was in Bridgewater for work and decided to stop at this restaurant for lunch. The staff was not very friendly, but the service was fast and the root beer was delicious as usual. However, the glass they served the root beer in was so sticky that it was unpleasant to hold. I suggest ordering takeout and skipping the chilled glass, as it was sticky and looked dirty. Because of this, I gave the restaurant a low rating.

I am a big fan of A&W and this location is better than most. They clearly take pride in the quality of their food. Thank you, guys!

Monday, May 22nd, at 1 PM wow, such a disappointment...just a car ahead in drivethru...long.long...long...long wait for orders... Burger was only warm and the onion rings were not edible... raw onions and all the batteries fell off, almost naked near raw onions came out of the bag... and not even so sorry for the long wait or a thank you...

There was nothing wrong with food, service or atmosphere, but everything would have been better. The food was cool, fries soft but the root beer was great! I tried the rings this time and got the same as last time; dirty restaurant, cold food and the towel dispenser was broken. Service: Dine in
