I personally miss the old fries since I'm not a fan of coated fries, but that's just my preference. The burgers here are excellent and taste incredibly fresh. I can't recall the name of the tropical frozen drink they featured this summer, but it was absolutely delicious. There's nothing quite like enjoying an Orange Julius for comfort food! Plus, the ice cream machine always works perfectly, unlike at other places. I also appreciate that they offer lactose-free Dilly Bars!
I used the drive-thru last night and ordered a couple of burger meals, which were absolutely delicious. Everything was incredibly fresh! A big thank you to whoever prepared it. I will definitely be back!
For a national fast-food chain, you only serve around six customers a day at most. Even if these students worked seven days a week from open to close, that would only amount to 42 customers a week. This isn’t sufficient for providing proper training in any reputable business. Then, because these students haven’t had the chance to serve many customers, you text them and ask them to call their local Dairy Queen to proceed with firing them over the phone. It’s truly shameful. This is a glaring example of poor training, poor management, and unacceptable business practices. There’s no other way to say it—it’s appalling what you are doing to these students.
I took my grandchildren to this restaurant after school for a proper lunch. My eldest grandchild ordered a Misty Freeze, which she really liked. However, the staff were quite rude. When I tried to place my order through the screen, one of the employees interrupted me. My other grandchild hadn’t had lunch yet, so he opted for a grilled chicken burger. He said it was tasty, but they wrapped it like a candy. He also got a drink, which was fine, but the fries were disappointing. He noticed a few were soggy and undercooked. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place for a full meal, but it could work for a quick snack.
This particular location features a spacious solarium at the front, providing an excellent indoor atmosphere for enjoying a cold treat. The seating outside is limited to the parking lot, which is somewhat disappointing, but it does make it a great spot for car meet-ups.
