Mcdonald's - Bridgman

The mismanagement at this restaurant really needs to be addressed with the owner. I've visited multiple times and have often seen employees goofing off and taking pictures instead of doing their jobs. It’s hard to believe they think they are working when there’s so much cleaning and stocking that needs to be done. If I had my phone with me, I could have taken pictures of how unkempt this place is, and it seems like no one cares. The night crew does their best to keep things running, but that’s only one shift. I truly believe that with the right people in place, this restaurant could be a hidden gem. It seems like someone has dropped the ball here. KADA, you need to start prioritizing your customers, or you risk losing them—all of us are essential to your success.

I had the opportunity to visit this restaurant, and I have to say that the experience felt more like a game than a proper dining experience. The atmosphere was quite unprofessional, especially considering how the business was being managed. If the management took things more seriously, this place could truly be a goldmine. Even the maintenance was lacking; I noticed weeds growing, overflowing trash cans, and disorganization both inside and outside.

The mismanagement of this establishment needs to be brought to the owner's attention. On several occasions, I've observed employees casually taking photos instead of focusing on their work. It's hard to believe they are fulfilling their duties if they have time for that. If I were to take pictures, this place would look quite unappealing, and it seems no one is concerned about it. While the night team does their best, it's just a temporary fix. I genuinely believe that with the right team in place, this could be a fantastic venue. Someone here has dropped the ball; it seems there is little consideration for the customers, and if this continues, they risk losing them altogether.

I witnessed employees joking around and taking pictures, which struck me as unprofessional. If the management took their responsibilities seriously, this place could truly thrive. Even the outdoor maintenance is lacking, with weeds, overflowing trash cans, and cluttered boxes. Overall, it's just dirty both inside and out.
