The Olive Mill - Bridgwater

I had a fantastic dining experience with all locally sourced ingredients. The portion sizes were generous, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. I also appreciated that they allow dogs in the upper bar area. I would definitely come back, and I'm excited about the prospect of returning. I was truly pleased with my visit!

This is a lovely pub that emphasizes dining and the overall dining experience. The owners and staff provided excellent service, and our food arrived promptly. The only downside I encountered was that the exterior of my dish and my father's burgers were a bit tough to cut through; a steak knife would have helped. Overall, the food tasted great. I definitely recommend visiting this pub!

I had lunch here today and was drawn in by the cozy atmosphere. The meal I had was the best I've enjoyed in a long time. I can't emphasize enough how much I relished every bite; it truly felt like a homemade dish. The portions were quite generous, so much so that I almost skipped dessert, but I couldn't resist given how delightful everything else was. I will definitely be coming back!

The inviting waitress went right through the whole menu, told me what was gluten-free and what could be customized to be gluten-free, and then ran with the cook to check which of the specificities could be adjusted to me really impressive! I had the steak baguette (without the baguette! when the tasty skin on the rider was quite enough. the discs steaks were only very medium-sized as I would have wished. my man enjoyed the lamb and minze burger from the special board and could hardly find space for everything! really great fresh local food and friendly service.

Absolutely beautiful place! The breakfast was amazing! The owner was so friendly and genuine, we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome. The pig and wheel was spotless with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We felt it was such a shame we hadn’t booked for two nights as we were so tired we went straight to bed. The atmosphere in the bar when we got there was fab and friendly, gutted we didn’t have the energy to go back down and enjoy it. Absolutely beautiful views that stretched for miles. Such a beautiful find. We shall look no further when we visit nestling areas! 10/10 five stars :
