They will not have what you want especially if it's chicken I don't know how you run out of chicken but I digress was not sure if the people working just did not want to make it because the lady at the counter with RBF and looks way to old to be working there was not the nicest person alive for being an elderly woman she was more of a crab. Do not order from here or even waste your time because they will not refund you for the food you pay for that they will not make.
For it being fast food it's pretty good, it really shows when you get your food, the presentation is good and the food usually doesn't taste like it's been sitting under a heat lamp. The only complaint I have would be the long waits when ordering thru the drive thru window. A few weeks ago I was stuck waiting for my food for almost an hour.
A couple of things. First off, the menu has no pricing. Why? This had better not be the start of some dumb trend, businesses not being open about their pricing. Next up, is we don’t get receipts. So now we not only have no pricing, we have no accountability on pricing. I think I may have received the wrong sandwich- but I can’t prove anything because I have no receipt. I don’t know if I was charged more. I have no clue. All I have is a total.In addition, I don’t want to hear the kitchen staff. They were so loud, swearing, it was bad. I heard a wild story though. I’d share it here, but it’s pretty inappropriate.Super, super greedy Burger King. Shame on the local franchisee. You really need to think this through, and if this is forced upon you by your home office, you need to say something and give some pushback with your franchisee buddies. It’s going to do the opposite of what you are intending (slowly padding the bottom line) by reduces sales from (rightfully so) upset people like me. I might be right, I might be wrong. But I was bothered.No pricing? Are you kidding me? There’s like 45 individual pricing options with sizing and stuff. And only three combos have a price. That’s it.Be open and honest with us.
Today I had a young man w kind of long hair help me in drive thru. I have not had service like he gave me at the store in years. He was extremely polite apologetic for the wait. Food was fresh and hot. He is a very good add to this restaurant. ?
This is the WORST fast food place in all of Brigham city. Every time I go there it never fails to take over 20-30 minutes and somehow the food always comes out wrong.
