Placed an order through the app and even though the drive thru was constantly moving we were ignored well after our anticipated pick up time. When we called the phone number listed it wasn't even in service. The app is a waste of time and workers ignore orders placed on it.

Needless to say, I'm addicted. Me and the wife have to get our fix of shrute fruit, and drama queen weekly. You guys are making delicious drinks. Only complaint is the cups need wiped down after drink is made. It is making my cupholders sticky. #firstworlproblems

They gave me a 32oz drink when I ordered a 44oz and I payed for it and it was even on the receipt and yet they didn’t give me my 44oz drink, then the workers proceeded to give me glares!

The workers did not get my order right, they didn’t pay me back for my order and now they are telling me to leave

Pricing is lacking. it gives you one price then they tack on extras for everything in the cup. A 3.98 item in a very short cup came up to 6.00. by the time they finish. the personnel can't give you the exact pricing of cups. each is like med for .59, syrup .36 is... a simple rootbeer cost $2.00. they add extra charges to every thing.
