Il Centro Pizza House - BRIGHT

We are frequent visitors to the town of Bright. On my sister recommendations we went to IL Centro Pizza tonight, it was an absolutely beautiful meal. The owner and his staff where very hospitable. We will be definitely coming back on our next visit to Bright! The meal was worth more than 5 stars!

We ordered takeaway which was nice and quick. We had the Aussie and added pineapple and the pulled pig. Pulled Pig was especially good. Topping could go further to the crust and it was quite expensive for pizza. Would still recommend though.

Ordered pizza from here based on the reviews which have been left so had my hopes pretty high. This place doesn't offer half-half which was to me slightly disappointing but I ended up just getting two small pizzas.The person who I spoke to over the phone did not sound welcoming at all, very much a rushed, unprofessionally casual vibe.I ordered an Aussie - the egg whites were raw and were gooping off my pizza onto the box when I picked up a slice.Also a tandoori lamb. The lamb was chewy, the sauce was very spicy but mentioned nothing about being spicy and yet you think they would account for that by putting a decent amount of mint sauce on but I had none on some slices and a small drop on others.Lazily made. When I picked the pizza up the service wasn't much better. No smiles or friendly greetings, just a real everyone in there hates their job vibe.Overpriced, one overdone, one underdone, yuck!

Great central location (being italian for "the central") and a decent sized menu. Ordered a garlic focaccia and reef and beef pizza, first of all i would not call that a focaccia it was a thin crust pizza base and as for the pizza, shrimp are not "king prawns". If another local establishment can get fresh seafood so can you, and at $27 with 8 prawns i think your customers deserve better than frozen produce. Despite these disappointments the flavour was okay and service was great, second to none.

I came he with a group a while back. The place was very warm and welcoming. Pizza was very nice and owner was friendly. I'd definitely go back.
