Sorry that we didn't make pictures, as they all take away, they didn't look very impressive when we brought them back to our airbnb!
We enjoyed the vegan gyoza, teriyaki aubergine and agadashi tofu. currently only with environmentally friendly packaging. friendly service.
We spent 4 nights in bright in the mai and had dinner here 3 of these nights. not complaining with everything we have ordered. the mapo tofu don was our favorite. the soultangsalat was delicious, although it eats a whole portion to itself, it loses its charm. a great common court.
Japanese takeaway in bright with a few clearly labeled vegan options had the mapo tofu don , tofu ingwer don , spring rolls and chili edamame. filled me happy, handy, at a place with not many vegan restaurant s
Although there are limited vegan options Katsu definitely nails quality over quantity. The crispy tofu don is a highlight. Delicious teriyaki flavours, combined with roasted seasonal veg (carrot, eggplant, and pumpkin for winter), fresh ginger, rice, and salad greens. All ingredients were fresh and well cooked. The ratio of all components of the dish is something to note too they didn’t overload the bowl with salad greens or rice, which is nice.
