Cyan Seafood - Brighton

I went for dinner with my elderly mother, we were treated so well, nothing was too much trouble. Loved the atmosphere and the food was divine. Can't wait to go back!

Sunday lunch on my husband's birthday a lovely meal.

A pleasant surprise, as we were expecting the restaurant to be a bit on the stuffy side and in fact it really was not like that at all. The staff were very well training, seemed genuinely intent on ensuring we had a good meal and they were knowledgeable about the food, what was good and what was less good to eat. The ambience was not brilliant when we got there at 7 but by the time we left at 9 it was really quite busy so we were clearly there a bit early. It is very much a smart affair and that in itself is quite nice as you don't get lots of people dropping in on a day trip to Brighton. Worth going

We enjoyed our evening at the Grand Hotel and GB1. however, several of our food choices were unavailable in the restaurant. All in all we had s pleasant evening with good food and wine in nice surroundings.

We were told at the restaurant they had not been informed by Opentable about the reservation causing embarrassment- fortunately I had an email on my phone. We were given a very poor table in the restaurant and the service was appalling.
