Easy Tiger The Hampton - Brighton

Probably the most authentic Indian food they find in this part of the united kingdom. limited menu that often changes. we had porotta and brand kerala fried chicken. We often commented that it was one of the best foods we had in-house. chefs with cooking experience on traditional houseboats from kerala can not really go wrong. check with them the culinary hiking trails in South India.

We ordered everything on the menu. then we went back for seconds to the one we loved most. everything was fantastic, but the kerala fried huh was amazing. the chutneys, pickles and paratha are the best companions, and the lamm biriyani is from this world. If you're in brighton, you have to try. book a day before - they fill up quickly.

Good selection of beer, local, craftsman and commercial brands. the Indian food, streetstyle is hearty. a perfect match to the drinks. the ambiente is cozy, with a pleasant sound level of music. friendly staff. people and animals are welcomed.

A small selection of Indian street dishes with a good number of vegan options. the food was beautiful. I think it could be the best I cost in brighton. I'm going back to the finals. Just beautiful.

Good pub with a distinctive character, a nice selection of beers on tap and decent (if not 100% authentic) indian street food. It's a great vibey place to head to in a group, if you can grab one of the many tables. People don't often stand or drink at the bar, so it's not as suited if you're on your own.
