Jersey Mike's Subs - Brighton

A co-worker got me hooked on this place for a while. Delicious sandwiches and quite nice workers. Definitely recommend

My hubby and I stopped here for a quick bite to eat. Sandwiches are ok. Customer service is seriously lacking. Noone spoke when walked in and we were their only customers. They just looked at us like we were crazy. After standing in line for a while we were finally acknowledged. My hubby mentioned that this was our first time at JM's. Still no response no smile. Won't return.

Best sub place!! Quality subs. You won't be disappointed.

First time at a Jersey Mikes and I will not be returning. Not to this location at least. Customer service is horrible!

Tonight I ordered with a gift card online. And I was told that my order was already picked up when I hadn't been to the location yet! What kind of a scam is that? I'm really upset that not only do I not have the food, I lost the amount of money on my gift card which was $20. I have never had anything like this ever happen before!! This was the first time I've ever ordered at Jersey Mike's. I'm not sure I would ever trust the location in Brighton again. The story just doesn't seem right??Update: I called the location today which is now Tuesday and I spoke with the manager Jason, and it sounds like they are going to be able to fix the situation which is all I was asking for yesterday. Thank you Jason for trying to fix this problem.
