Main Street Cafe - Brighton

Hello! I had a wonderful experience trying Mexican food in the UK for the first time, celebrating my 2nd anniversary. I was truly impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the welcoming atmosphere. The food was absolutely fantastic—from one chef to another, job well done! The place was also very clean. Thank you for the courteous and friendly service! I want to give a special shout-out to the entire team, especially the chef who served us on April 23rd at 6 PM. I highly recommend that everyone try new things and spice up their lives. In my opinion, this restaurant is a perfect first step toward that! A big compliment to the chef for making my evening ten times better than I had imagined!

The food was amazing and fresh, encouraging us to explore new dishes. We started with nachos, and my partner, who is a nacho enthusiast, claimed they were the best she's ever had. We also ordered the favorite set menu, which was perfect for two and offered generous portion sizes that allowed us to sample various dishes from the menu. To top it off, we indulged in cocktails and desserts that paired wonderfully with our meal. The restaurant also demonstrated a strong commitment to allergy awareness and safety procedures. If I could rate this place higher, I absolutely would. Wahaca is definitely somewhere I will be recommending to others. The staff is doing an excellent job here!

We visited this restaurant a bit later, as we wanted to have a meal before embarking on a long train journey. All the tapas we tried were fantastic (especially coming from someone who usually sticks to safe food choices) – we were truly impressed! Even though the restaurant was quite busy, our server Lilith was friendly and attentive. A big shoutout to the kitchen and bar staff as well for their excellent work!

The atmosphere in this lively restaurant is just great. The food is delicious. Very friendly and attentive staff. Make a reservation make sure you get a table. Payments are only possible with cards, cash is not accepted.

Came here for dinner after a long day window shopping. And my goodness was this the best decision. First of all, the customer service is on point! Then the food, my goodness the food. The tacos are the best I've had outside of Spain and the sweet potato and feta taquitos are out of this world! The atmosphere is a nice calm chill vibe, the decor is fresh and clean. And the deserts are perfection. Thank you Wahaca Brighton, we will return!
