Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Red Robin used to be good. Now I wish I would go to McDonnalds. The meat on the burger was a 4oz cheap frozen patty thrown on the grill with a huge bungalow. The young lady who took my To-Go order was very polite and professional. I sat at the bar and waited 15 minutes until the bartender came to me. It was slow in the restaurant. Bartender was very rude. I'm not back.

Granted, I understand there were problems with the pandemic. However, there is no excuse not to know the menu or how to make the simplest beverage orders. Not to mention the three separate times when I left, sitting at the bar, waiting for more than 5 minutes, while there people behind the bar, was never greeted and I ended up running. There are 2 servers that go beyond and beyond; Mickey and Juan. But I can't count them here. I really don't know why I still think it's gonna be different.

Food and service was good. The kitchen was very slow, but this is typical nowadays. The waiting period from the hostess was accurate. This is always very nice to be right.

I love Red Robins from Arvada, but this place is a shame. Half an hour to sit in an almost empty restaurant should have been the red flag I recognized to drive back to my car. Staff and chefs are very forgotten what to do and do not seem to provide high-quality food or service. I go on to the other place where food and service are night and day compared to this place.

We are always inadvertently the 'difficult ' table. Our server was a CHAMP. I believe her name is Lorissa, I really hope that is correct. Anyway, she was amazing y 'all. Prompt, courteous, and most of all, patient! We don 't mean to be a pain in the you know, it just happens lol. I don 't personally eat much red meat, but this is still a favorite of mine. I order salad and my family always shares the endless fries with me. This visit we had 3 of the choices: sweet potato, garlic and regular. I had never tried the garlic style before. Lemme just say MMM!!! I am a huge garlic fan though. The sweet potato were amazing as well, just enough sweetness!! As we eat here often, we will definitely be back.
