Bison Beer - Brighton and Hove

We just enjoyed an incredible meal at this restaurant. At first, I was hesitant about the prices on the menu, but after trying the smash burger and crispy tatties, we were all blown away by how delicious the food was. The burgers were flavorful with a great sauce, and the crispy tatties were fantastic - truly a hidden gem. The quality was far superior to cheaper options. The staff were friendly and helpful, guiding us through the extensive beer menu and even offering tastings. I highly recommend this place.

Great service, and genuinely the best burger, fries and onion rings I think I’ve ever had! Oh, and the cosmic bone juice is a great little IPA

Superb selection of beers to be had here, very friendly staff members, we were made to feel very welcome....shame about the food,we ordered a smashed burger DONT order one !, they are terrible, it arrived on a tiny metal plate ,the bun was burnt and the actual burger is a small scattering of bits of mincemeat....pants to say the least!!!!

We popped in to this bar for a few beers and had such a great evening. Nice selection of beer and all the staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. The street food menu is amazing too. Really recommended for some casual craft beer with some great food.

The Bison Beer is a pub on the corner of Cheltenham Place, in Brighton. It is very popular and can get very busy. It has three floors, one upstairs and one downstairs. Food is available and background music plays. Toilets are available on each floor.
