Montpelier Inn - Brighton and Hove

Just the sort of earnest hospitality you do not often find, Ash genuinely is the epitome of what a hotelier should be, so friendly and free-spirited a vibe, loved it. Thank you !!

I can never get over the level of customer service here. I’ve lived in Brighton my whole life but never experienced this level of service. The manager/staff are great! The food is also out of this world! Sangsa Korean chicken is amazing!!!! I’m so happy to think this is going to be my new local. Love these guys

Visited yesterday with friends. Outstanding service and comfortable, chilled out environment. Food took a while to arrive, but we all agreed it was definitely worth the wait! Many of our group said it was the best roast they'd had in Brighton there was a consensus that it was definitely one of the top three. Looking forward to visiting again very soon!

We arrived at the montpelier also known as the compass point, we were passing looking for a drink to see in the new year, the place was jumping, dj was playing, solo bongo was also accompanying, The bar staff and manager were helpful even though they were rushed off their feet, had a good night, party poppers, masks and noise makers were all on hand for seeing in the new year, the decor was a mixture between modern and old object of interest, the crowd was friendly with a mix of locals and others, they do have a mini cinema but we did not see it, good fun great night

Off the main strip and up the hill this pub was excellent. The service was homely, drinks were delish and affordable. Great music.
