Contribuisci feedbackThe staff at the restaurant were warm and hospitable. The food was served hot and tasted fresh, and arrived in a timely manner. Overall, the service was excellent!
This restaurant offers real, fresh food with fairly healthy options. However, the service is lacking with socially awkward staff and long wait times. Orders are placed through a QR code and getting assistance can be difficult. We experienced delays in receiving our children's desserts and our table was not cleared after our meal. Overall, the dining experience was not up to par.
The staff was decent and our food arrived promptly. However, the chips were cold and the chicken was dry, as if it had been left out for a while. The only thing that was satisfactory was the peas.
Me and my freind came to hove nandos in hope for a lovely meal we normally love nandos but in this instance we didnt get a nice meal we hoped for the chips was cold and so was the broccoli and the chicken was hard like it had been left.we wont be returning to this nandos again.
Awfully unhelpful staff who would not allow an autistic lad to use their toilets. When asked we were told no and that they were not for non customers. As a disabled adult he needed the toilet amd is not able to wait.
