Northern Lights - Brighton and Hove

This is my favorite restaurant in Brighton. They offer a great variety of craft beers, with at least one unique option always available. Their selection of high-quality vodkas and gins is impressive, and they also have special holiday offerings like glögg during Christmas. The Nordic cuisine is delicious and served on a seasonal menu that is reasonably priced and delivered quickly. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

This restaurant is a hidden gem, tucked away in a beautiful little spot. Although the downstairs area is cozy, don't miss out on the spacious upstairs seating. The food quality was amazing, with exotic and unique dishes that never disappoint. I tried the laughs and they were superb, and the pancakes were delicious as well. I noticed they had ramen on the menu, but unfortunately did not get to try it. I also sampled their desserts, which were also fantastic!

This restaurant is a unique gem that deserves to be included in your top five pubs in Brighton. The menu offers delicious Scandinavian dishes with a unique twist on traditional flavors. While there may not be a wide variety of beers available, the selection of imported brews is impressive. The pub is conveniently located in a great spot.

Loves this unique small place. great drinks and friendly staff. a bit hidden, but it is worth finding. if they love wodka, they will love this place. I know.
