The Little Med - Brighton and Hove

I recently visited Little Med for a quick meal and I was not disappointed. The menu was simple and easy to understand, which made it easy for me to choose my meal. I decided to try the Mediterranean chicken wrap, and it was amazing. The chicken was tender, and the mix of cheese and raisins in the salad was a perfect combination. The decor is cozy and rustic, creating a nice atmosphere for a casual meal. I highly recommend this restaurant, as they clearly focus on the most important part of dining out: the food.

I visited The Little Med last weekend, which is conveniently close to the beach. The restaurant has a charming natural wood interior that gives off an organic vibe. Tiny little restaurant with stools around the walls and a small central table, all very rustic. When we visited it was £5 for all you could eat from a hot or cold selection, or a mix of both. I had the cold which was a choice of fresh salads and my partner had a beef stew with beet root purée and parsnip mash. All very tasty and fresh and you certainly couldn't beat the value. Eco friendly as food served in boxes with recyclable cutlery. Basic but charming and when we are in the area again we will return. Somebody else thought the same because although I don't think they have been open long another customer was on their second visit!

I don't think it's open for too long but the food is very tasty and they have great salads to complement the hot dishes. It's a cozy and pleasant place.
