Waterhouse - Brighton and Hove

Brilliant experience thanks to super friendly staff and a very loving cook! I am unbearable for garlic and swirling and the team did everything they could today to give me an amazing meal. eating was great, I had the lemon sole that was cooked to perfection. my partner had the cable fillet (fish and chips.) we come back definitiw when we are in brighton.

Will I have been coming back? yes, absolutely. the overall experience is very good, even if there are some mängel that was eating delicious? 3 of 5 there were distinct differences in the quality of food. the appetizers with makrelen nadaja and fischtempura were very good. the main course seafood board for two disappointments with the content. £60 for 8 garnel, two dozen mush and half an hour full of roasted tinted fish is too much. the dessert avogado was somewhat disappointing, as the vanilleeis was full of (water) ice crystals. the weinliste was again very positiw, with a large selection and cheap price-performance ratio: 4 out of 5 we paid £160 for a two person 3-set lunch, with wein and aperitif. still ok. Service style: 5 out of 5 nice, friendly, real friendly. good suggestions for wine selection. atmosphere: 5 out of 5 amazing settings on the veranda/terrace with view of the sea. tables not too crowded. comments: the salt room is more about its beautiful environment at the brighton waterfront and beautiful service as excellent cuisine. nice service and good food overall, but quite expensive to eat make it a recommendation in brighton.

Recommend this place to all people who hate cold seafood dishes. I don't understand why 80% seafood restaurants in brighton only serve cold cooked or raw seafood on ice all year round. it is already very cold, somehow difficult to eat cold food. all seafood dishes are beautiful, grilled dinges are little bitter, but added a cold taste. ox wange and 28 days dry rib eye are also good. Do not forget to try her sourdought bread, the meeresalgenbutter is incredible. the price is approx. £42 per person if they don't order alcohol drinks.

A great restaurant. the lookout is amazing as it is right at the sea and the old pier. eating and their cocktails are incredible. we got the seafood plate and was delicious, we had reservations in advance...prices are expected for such a stylish restaurant with high quality.

That place need tablecloth!!! That’s the reason for four stars. High level of quality and testing but I don’t like to put my cutlery up to scratched and badly painted table. We was served by Katrin and professionally and friendly has satisfied all our requests (age of the wine,weight of the fish ecc ecc). The shell of the oysters was extremely clean,highly appreciated. For £90 per person at least the tablecloth !
