The Baths Middle Brighton

We had a lovely lunch with friends at this restaurant. My best friend ordered the Duck instead of the Special and really enjoyed it. The chef was very attentive to her fish allergy and made sure there was no cross contamination. I had the delicious Beef Cheeks with creamy mashed potatoes and we shared green beans as a side. The warm bread served before our meal was also delightful. For dessert, we both had the apple rhubarb crumble with a scoop of vanilla ice cream - it was absolutely delicious. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!

I would like to express my gratitude to The Baths for providing my family with a wonderful weekend. We came in for breakfast with a party of eleven, and the service was friendly, polite, and efficient. Our drinks and meals were served promptly without any complaints. Later in the afternoon, we held our wedding ceremony and reception at The Baths. I cannot thank Rohanna enough for her hard work in making our dreams come true. She was a delight to work with, and no request was too difficult for her. I would also like to thank Daria, who was also a pleasure to have on the team. The staff on Saturday night were all fantastic, friendly, and hardworking. Rohanna is truly an asset to The Baths, and I am incredibly grateful to her for making our wedding day so special. Fantastic restaurant with excellent service and a perfect view! We arrived on time for an early dinner reservation and waited for our overseas guests on the deck. Despite their late arrival, the hostess was delightful and didn't rush us as the restaurant got busier. Our window table was saved for us, and the food was exceptional with no delays. We couldn't have been happier - thank you, "The Baths"!

Lovely food with quite a few gluten-free options! Location unsurpassable! Nice staff and a very chilled atmosphere!
