Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Brillion

The food here is fantastic—one of my all-time favorite places to eat! The ice cream is absolutely delicious. Yum!

I would rate this place one star if I could. The staff seemed lazy, and when I ordered two flame thrower burgers—one with a little extra sauce—they both came drenched in sauce, and neither had any lettuce or tomato. They were wrapped up messily too. I used to enjoy coming here, but the attitude I received when ordering the burgers was absolutely unacceptable. I placed my order on April 30th at 2:10, and if things could improve, that would be great.

I'm giving a 5-star rating despite having a few minor issues with my meal. I've been a fan of Dairy Queen for many years, and I refuse to let a small incident tarnish their great reputation.

I have had nothing but good experiences in this place. It is usually quite busy when I stop in and it seems like they always get your order or fairly quick. The food is always very good and the staff seems like they are all hardworking and very polite. Theonly downside I can think of is the pricing may be a bit to expensive for some items but that is not their decision, and you getwhat you pay for. Overall great place I will certainly keep coming back.

The staff is very polite, and everyone is excited that the cotton candy blizzard is back. It's my favorite!
