Sonic Drive-in - Brinktown

Ordered two different burger combos but recieved two of the same burger combos. I asked to have my order corrected and waited longer to recieve my originally ordered burger than it took to recieve my entire order originally placed. I asked to speak with the manager but was given excuses why the burger took so long to come out, We make our food fresh , was the excuse I recieved but my burger was cold and obviously not made fresh. Manager never came out or talked with me. Terrible service and attitude by the entire staff which is obviously a reflection of their manager.UPDATE: Was contacted an hour later after my issue by Melinda who take care to listen to my issue and address it. I will definitely be willing to come back to this Sonic and try again. Thank you for taking the time to make it right and listen to my complaint.

The screen to order on was messed up when trying to pay with card we called back in and told them and the girl said she would take care of it but we never seen anyone,the waitress brought our food was very unfriendly

Could you make your spaces a little bit smaller so I can't open any of my car doors and I make sure to take out my car mirror while I'm there for my food that may be fresh or maybe an hour old and cold?

The wait was a little slow but I was listening to my music and enjoying my day not to worry about the wait. Thanks

Every one should try the new garlic and onion cheese burger!!! It was awesome!Everything was cooked perfectly!Our server was so friendly!
