40min wait for a burger and chips. Rude staff. Luke warm chips and average tasting burger. Not like the other burger urges I have been too.
I was relatively surprised to be able to find a burger of great tasting and rather good quality here in the airport, amidst my 7 hour transit. Never regretted choosing this over the other eateries. I can't remember what I ordered but it was chicken. The chicken was flavourful but sinful, with every bite you can feel the oil oozing out. Great and helpful staff too!
The fella with the tattoos on the back of his head. Absolute legend. Super friendly, excellent service. If I could afford it I would tip you good sir
I have just ordered from your Burger Urge in Brisbane International Airport, around 4:30pm on Thursday 28th November. I write in regards to the survive that I received by the young girl behind the counter. Now I don’t expect much from “fast food” places, but she was amazing! From just providing simple information about the food and what I’d enjoy, to apologising for something that I’m pretty sure was my fault. Burger Urge should be proud to have such a vibrant person as their main point of contact with their customers.
