However, when I ordered a pizza through Uber Eats, even though I paid extra for a gluten-free crust, I was given one that was completely made from gluten. I am grateful that I (who is gluten intolerant) was the one who got sick and not my mother (who has celiac disease). Be careful when ordering from here.
Freshly made gluten-free pizza and pasta options are available at this restaurant. It is important to note that the pizza oven is shared with non-gluten-free options, but we visited right at opening time to reduce the risk of contamination, and it was successful. I experienced no negative side effects, and the pizza was the most delicious I have had in years. The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating to those with gluten-free and celiac dietary needs. We will definitely be returning in the future.
