While the restaurant isn't entirely gluten-free, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. One of the employees has celiac disease and provides great assistance. They use a flat toaster to toast the bread, wrapping it in parchment paper to prevent cross-contamination. This method eliminates the risk of gluten crumbs affecting your toast. Additionally, all other potentially problematic ingredients, such as Hollandaise sauce and balsamic vinegar, are gluten-free, and they even use gluten-free bread crumbs!
