I had read a few of the other reviews which were less than favourable so went in with an open mind. There were very few people there which surprised us. The location is awesome and the views breathtaking. Looking straight out at the lights on the river and bridge through floor to ceiling glass was very cool. The food was delicious and plentiful and the drinks were cold and served quickly after ordering them. The duck was delicious as were the accompaniments. I took my wife and another friend and they were equally impressed. I would have been delighted with the entire evening even if I had paid full price but at the discounted rate even better. We will be back soon and will take more people. We eat at a lot of restaurants so plenty to compare to. This was awesome.
We had dinner at this restaurant tonight and the service was fantastic. We had a deal for 2 people through Scoopon, which included an 8-course pre-set yum cha meal and a drink each for $29. We were seated quickly and our drink orders were taken promptly. The food arrived about 10 minutes later. Unfortunately, my fiancé is allergic to prawns so we asked which dishes contained them. The waiter immediately offered to bring an extra beef item for us so that she wouldn't miss out. We declined, but he insisted because two of the set dishes contained prawns. The food was delicious, with moist and hot dumplings and amazing pork buns. The only item that was lacking was the salt and pepper calamari, which was a bit hard. The waiter then brought out two different beef-based dim sims, which were juicy and delicious. The bartender also promptly refilled my water glass as soon as it was 3/4 empty, even topping it up without me noticing. To finish off the night, we were given fortune cookies. Thank you to the waiter who kindly offered the additional dishes. It was very appreciated. I didn't catch your name, but you had glasses and blonde hair.
Our dining experience at this restaurant was incredible. We loved the scenic river views, and the hosts were fantastic and genuine. The food was incredibly indulgent and delicious. We would definitely go back again!
I absolutely loved the service and the view of the river at this restaurant. It was one of the best Chinese meals I have ever had. I would give it five stars.
We have a scoopon voucher for a yum cha meal with wein for $29.00 we wanted to see a show in the city that would be for a nice start in the evening. the restaurant is actually called the imperial seafood restaurant .is located in a great place on the river with views of the story bridge. we sat at a table with a fabulous view of the river and ferry terminals from a dirty window. there were two other couples. the food arrived quite quickly and was usually fat and tasted as if it was left to eat steam-shaped from lunchtime, which fritted to dinner. the green sweet dish with hoi sin sauce was very nice. the weeping was okay, they don't expect a fine weeping on these goods. we wouldn't eat there again.
