I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness, speed, and generous portions of the food. Everything was delicious and absolutely delightful! We will definitely be returning. I especially enjoyed the stuffed flatbreads, naans, kebabs, salad, chicken dish, and the flavorful spinach and eggplant dishes. Thank you, Tony, for introducing us to this cuisine!
The food at this restaurant is incredible. It is delicious, authentic, and interesting. However, the service is very slow. It is best to place your order as soon as possible and be prepared to wait. While it's worth the wait, it can still be a bit frustrating.
First time we've experienced food from Afghanistan Absolutely amazing food The place was packed will definitely be returning to try something different Hopefully get to try the Perikee next time
Thank God for multiculturalism. The food here is SENSATIONAL and very reasonably priced. The mantus (beef dumplings) are a must have....they are like Afghan gyozas. I had the lamb karahi. It was full of flavour and the lamb was fat and gristle free and super tender and the sauce was full of flavour and surprisingly light..yum. It came with a nice little bowl of fresh salad, a dressing that was delicious similar to chimichurri and a HUGE naan that would feed 3...but the karahi and dressing was so Google that I needed most of the naan to completely clean the bowl. The serving size was very generous BUT.....It was so good I could have eaten on other one. I think I will go back for lunch today !!!
