The staff here were absolutely amazing when I said I was celiac. They opened new tubs of ice cream to insure there was no contamination : . Highly recommend.

Really nice staff. Clearly proud to serve you some delicious ice-cream treats! Seems a little expensive, especially considering the close proximity to two other impressive ice-cream stores, but that is the only reason for giving it for instead of five. They have a great range of options sure to tempt anyone.

Up in QLD for holidays stumbled across this store when out for a walk with kids. The staff were great, gave the kids as many samples as they wanted before making a decision. The store was clean the “ love potion” flavour was my favourite. Went back several times

If I could give 6 starts I would. I was served by a young lady named Maz, and she was extremely energetic which made my experience at Baskin Robbins Rosalie for the first time spectacular. She has amazing customer service skills and was very easy to chat to. She showed me one of the cakes she was making and it looked incredible. I will definitely be coming back here in the future and I hope this young employee will be working, because I think that if I wasn’t served with the amount of energy and enthusiasm she provided, it would be just another ice cream shop on the side of the road. Excellent service from her, she definitely needs to be congratulated!

I ordered the pistachio flavour in a cone... delicious! Lighting in the seating area is inviting and the staff are very friendly too!
