Efes One Turkish Restaurant - Brisbane

Great friendly prompt service, and a lovely buzzy atmosphere. I had a wonderfully tasty and tender lamb shish, and my companion enjoyed the Izgara kofte. Definitely value for money, and topped off by a piping hot Turkish coffee????

We visited on a busy Friday night just before the bellydancer performed. The food was large and full of flavour. We grab a takeaway menu on a way out. A couple of days later we then decided to order takeaway. The kebabs are great, the chicken shish was succulent and the pricing is fair. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

Food is pretty nice to walk in and get no problems there. however i work nearby and a few of us at work always put a phone order in and they've NEVER gotten it right, it's almost like they give us someone elses food. each time we rang back they advised that is what we ordered. If you like a lucky dip then this place is for you.

This was a happening place to be on a cool weather Friday night. Inside was packed and the verandah area was also half full. We could see why this was a popular spot when we tried the food. It is always hard to go past haloumi and the serving was a good size for two to share as an entree. What seems more than a little curious is that if you order homus, you have to separately order bread to have with it. While the Karisik Izgara was good, the musakka was the star of the evening and we would both happily choose it again. The side salads were very bland though and added nothing to the dishes but overall the food was good as well as the smiling customer service. The food is well priced but the wine list is a bit limited. Overall we enjoyed our visit to Efes One.

On a wet Friday night I arrived without a booking but was warmly welcomed. The menu contained Turkish favourites ranging from dips, through the main meals and to desserts. I ordered grilled prawns with salad, rice and potatoes. A huge plate arrived and on it were six very large prawns. The meal was hot and freshly cooked. I had a wonderful time eating the delicious prawns. I could not finish all of the salad. I took with me a serving of baklava and it was excellent.
