Eleven Rooftop Bar - Brisbane

We have booked a table of 8 for my daughter and her friends to celebrate their 19th birthday. maya sent an e-mail 14 days later, saying: we noticed a note on their 19th birthday party reservation. we are really sorry to inform them. that maya has recently changed his home policy and we are no longer hosting 18th, 19th or 21st birthday parties. seriously, sounds more like we got another one of their VIP bookings. check all customers on the way inward to ensure that none of them turn 18 or 21 or a fall 19? the email came after having the booking for 14 days with only a short timeframe to select another venue. such a bad customer service and obviously a müllausrede. we will not eat there again.

Do not go back to eat (average eat best) but good atmosphere for a drink session as long as they expect loud and crowded - not the place for a pick up and a chat. Eating is bland, quantity is super young and service is average....Not the place to go if they want good Mexican food, but good if they are after a busy rooftop bar experience.

Great Mexican cuisine. good variety on the menu. service excellent. from this dachrestaurant you will enjoy in the view of brisbane.

Obviously a lively bar for young people. the room was so loud that we couldn't have a conversation. eating was usually terrible and very small amounts for the price we paid. the best of the night was the margarita!

The venue was nice but overcrowded. Our waiter was friendly but lacked attention to detail and seemed very frazzled trying to keep up with tables and orders. The food and drink was ok until we ordered the T-bone steak… it came out medium rare TWICE...when we asked for medium to well. The most concerning part was when our waiter said to us the first time if the steak is not cooked the way you like it just let him know and he can send it back to the kitchen for us. It’s like he knew they hadn’t cooked it long enough. The second time we didn’t even bother to send it back. Just ate the bits that we liked and left the rest. The waiter seemed embarrassed, it must have been an issue with the kitchen staff. Pretty disappointed, considering the price you pay for a steak that wasn’t cooked as per our request. Definitely a place for Instagram likes. Not worth the hype. Won’t be back and do not recommend.
