Greaser - Brisbane

So, met up with a few reviewers tonight for a nice dinner....ok we had burgers.....ok so we may have entered a burger eating competition<br/ <br/ Now when you hear the words 'burger eating competition ' you automatically think MASSIVE PORTIONS, but unfortunately it wasnt like that, the burger was really small but actually really tasty, the patties weren 't dry, beautiful amount of cheese but needed more chilli, didn 't find it till I reached the bottom of the burger. Not a fan of the chips, they weren 't cooked properly but the funny thing is had plenty of time to make a fresh batch before serving our meal. Love the location of this place, truly underground and American- would I go back, yes!!

A hidden bar in fortitude valley that's known for its burgers as much as it's known for its drinks. The burger special was oh so good although maybe candied bacon instead of fried?

If you haven't been to Greaser's, you're missing out. Their burgers are amazing, especially the cheeseburger. I had no complaints and can't wait to go back for more. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is perfect for a casual hangout or a romantic date. Definitely worth a visit if you want to impress someone.

Quite a few of us headed for dinner drinks to celebrate a work colleagues birthday.<br/ I had a great time.<br/ The venue itself is the definite highlight. It 's a hidden labyrinth, seemingly in a loading dock. I really like the adventure of finding it, the slight feeling of unease you get when you 're not sure if you 're in the right place. Bar itself is cosy with knowledgeable bar staff , great cocktails... the amazing 'pickleback '.. shot of Jameson shot of pickle brine. My new favourite drink.<br/ ... the food was pretty decent as well.<br/ I ate a Portobello mushroom burger with chilli fries which I enjoyed. The rest of our group all raved about their food.<br/ The Brisbane food scene gets more interesting daily. It 's exciting to participate.<br/

The standout dish is the fried chicken, which is greasy, tasty, hot, and satisfying. The staff at Greaser are welcoming and friendly, from the security outside to the chefs in the kitchen to the wait and bar staff. Overall, it's a great place to go if you're craving greasy chicken and an ice cold beer.
