Mcdonald's - Brisbane

I had a solid 4 experience at this restaurant - it was fast, but lacking in quality. The environment was friendly, neat, and small. The service was good and the meal was a dinner type. The price per person ranged from $1 to $20. I would rate the food a 4, service a 4, and atmosphere a 4 as well.

I went through the drive-thru the other day and was met with a total lack of customer service from Makayla. She gave me almost cold fries and forgot my McChicken. When I tried to politely bring it to her attention, she rudely insisted it was already in the bag. She then complained to another employee before finally giving me my missing McChicken with no apology. This was a disappointing experience because I usually enjoy dining at this restaurant and the staff are usually very friendly.

Stop at McDonald's to get coffee in the morning drive-thru. The first coffee tasted like water. Ask the girl to remake it. They remade it and it tasted the exact same as the first one. Coffee went in the bin. I understand McDonald's is not the best coffee in the world but it was not even drinkable. Would not recommend. Service: Take out
