The Burrito Bar - Brisbane

The reason for the low price becomes evident once you try the food - it lacks flavor. I have never had such a tasteless burrito before, with all the wrong ingredients for a true Mexican burrito. Mexican cuisine is known for its bold flavors, but the $5 chicken burrito I ordered was filled with bland, watery rice. Overall, very disappointing.

I have tried the Cannon Hill one which was disappointing. I have eaten at the Southbank Burrito Bar 3 times and all 3 have been incredible, the flavor they get into the chicken is remarkable, they don't pile rice in the burritos and the salsa has fresh herbs in it. Chicken Burrito is defiantly a winner, the lunch special is so good for the price. I would also recommend the fish taco soft and hard shell is both great. I wouldn't recommend any of the above at the Cannon Hill one though.

Ive seen the Burrito Bar around for some time now and the menu sound appealing. I took the plunge and tryed the Rib's and chips promo $15. With a beer or soft drink Inc) To my surprise it was very nice tasting and value for money.

A good quick Mexican meal that was tasty, cheap and enjoyed by all. The sangria can be recommended also.
