The best culinary experience we had in a long time. all the dishes we ordered were just perfect. my partner ordered some of the different but interesting dishes of the Emu-Tetare and the lamb with okra, while I ordered the cured ozeanforelle and steak with Escargot sauce and all were well executed. the sauces were not excessive or overseasoned and brought out the natural aromas of meat and vegetables. the culinary experience was decorated with a delicious chocolate mousse with vanilla cream and honeycomb juice. a quiet little restaurant with an unpretentious, intimate feeling, with attentive service.
