Al Fresco Brissago

The view was really great. The food and service not so much. The food was a bit below the quality we had expected. Just nothing spectacular and the caprese salad was just so disappointing (sad tomatoes with no taste on a plate). The service seemed overwhelmed and confused on a Saturday night. The music while interesting was just so. Loud. When they took a break, it was such a relief! We had high hopes! The view didn’t disappoint. There are great reviews here, maybe we just landed on a bad night?

Visited 7 restaurants in Brissago/Ascona/Locsrno and this one was THE BEST. You can enjoy a beautiful view from a very nicely arranged terrase!! Service was very good, kind personel and the food was devine! Swiss prices, but not too expensive fair prices! (and cheaper than the restaurants directly at the lake!!

Poor service, had to wait 40m for my order to be taken. Waiter forgot my order 2 times. Risotto was too salty, fries and gnocchis where sandy and overpriced. Only very thing was the view. I ate yesterday a lot better for half the price.

Dafür diesen wunderschönen Blick auf den See. Die Bedienung und das Essen auf höchstem Niveau. Dieses Restaurant bietet für alle etwas. Kinderkarte mit toller Auswahl. Der Spielraum, der die Langeweile vertreibt und Abends sogar ein Film zu sehen gibt. Für die Erwachsenen von Pasta über himmlisches, preisgekröntes Risotto oder Fleisch auf heissem Stein. Doch die Pizzas sind das Beste am Ganzen. Zum Schluss empfehle ich den seidig feinen Limonchello mmh.. Das alles mit dieser Panorama Terrasse, einfach perfekt!

Essen und Aussicht passen zusammen beides Super! Das Safran Risotto ist ein Gedicht. Bei den Pizzen wäre weniger Teig und mehr Auflage der Hit.
