Amt Coffee - Bristol

Yesterday he was served by a beautiful young man. he was so positiw and smiling, the hot chocolate was delicious and they even had paper lids for it!

The staff is usually very friendly and helpful, but today I bought a hot chocolate and a ham and cheese toastia and even though the dame tried to be helpful, she was rushing because a waiting snake started to develop it in the time that it took to make my drink and so cut the toastia time short, so that the cheese did not melt at all. it's such a scandal because the service and quality are always so good. I give 5 stars because the hot chocolate is one of the best hot chocolates I had, and the service is always so good, it never misses me to impress and it does not feel right to mark on a somewhat bad experience, but the feedback is necessary.

I buy a coffee here once a week. the employees are incredibly hard to work and super efficient the waiting queue always moves fast, so a great choice when they are close to the time. also the coffee fairtrade.

Excellent coffee, without the bitter taste of over roasted beans of some chains, and served by a friendly barista. Found AMT today, for the first time, when travelling back from Bristol TM. Look forward to trying their coffee again.

Cups are flimsy. Ordered a tea but had to throw it away. The cup was dripping wet and I was covered in it.
